Learn about the world of freediving!
We will look into the physical & psychological effects that
freediving has on our bodies. Learn key steps towards relaxing and breathing. Learn how to equalize at depth, practice diving techniques, mental techniques, rescue, safety, and much more.

Wave 2
3-day course
Further your knowledge and dive deeper into the sport of freediving!
Become comfortable diving to depths up to 30M. Learn proper no fin and monofin techniques. We will start to understand more advanced equalization techniques and
training to assist in deeper depth.

Wave 3
5-day course
The master's freediving course!
We will learn how to equalize below your residual volume. Get trained on mouth-fill EQ, FRC diving, lung packing, and when to use it. Learn more mental techniques, like attention deconcentration, to hold your breath for over 3 minutes. Passing this course also certifies you to become an assistant instructor and is the final step to becoming an instructor yourself!
